Role: Managing Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

Salary: Up to £140,000 plus package

Location: Central London with travel around Europe

Experience: Must have experience of working on large scale Mechanical and Electrical Packages

CCR Recruitment are working with a leading specialist construction company who have a solid history working on Data Centres with project values from £10 - £100 million.

About the Role

We are seeking to hire a strong Commercial Manager who has experience of working on multiple projects and supporting the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience of working on large scale Mechanical and Electrical Packages.
• This person must have a history of working on complex mechanical and electrical packages on mission critical projects.
• The successful Commercial Manager must be willing to travel across Europe on a consistent basis.
• The company understands work life balance and allows people the necessary balance.

• Experience in managing large scale projects.

• Strong background in commercial management.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical packages.

Pay range and compensation package
