Job Description

This role is for a MANDARIN with a background in Network Construction in the Telecoms Industry. My client is looking for an experienced Mandarin Speaking Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across Germany and Europe. This is a hands-on role offering real ownership from early pre sales engagement through delivery and ongoing customer operations.

DUTIES:

• Take full ownership of multiple projects, managing the entire lifecycle from pre sales through implementation and customer handover
• Act as the key point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all stages
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with a forward looking and solution-focused approach
• Track progress against milestones and deliverables, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Prepare and maintain all project initiation and governance documentation
• Provide regular, clear status updates to stakeholders at different levels of seniority
• Lead project teams on-site when required, motivating team members and driving performance
• Work in a fast-paced, problem solving environment that values teamwork, accountability, and innovation
• Travel to different project locations as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or a closely related role
• Strong background in networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies
• Proven experience delivering data centre, enterprise IT systems, or system integration projects
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in complex environments
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical detail into clear business outcomes
• Strong organisational, documentation, and time-management skills
• Confident communicator who can adapt messaging to technical teams, management, and clients
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; German skills are a strong plus
• Flexible, resilient, and motivated to take on challenging assignments
