About the Opportunity
Pridenow is partnering with a leading global microchip/semiconductor equipment manufacturer located in Fremont, CA, to find skilled and detail-oriented technical talent. This is a critical opportunity to contribute to the technology that powers everything from AI and high-speed data centers to advanced consumer electronics.
We are seeking Assemblers / Manufacturing Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This crucial role works primarily in a cleanroom environment and is responsible for the hands-on assembly, testing, and continuous improvement of state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing equipment (WFE).
Key Responsibilities
As a core member of the manufacturing team, you will be performing a mix of technical assembly and lab/testing support
Equipment Assembly & Build
- Perform complex mechanical and electrical assembly, component installation, and precision sub-system integration of advanced semiconductor tools.
- Read and accurately interpret detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing procedures to ensure high-quality builds.
Testing, Validation, & Process Support
- Operate sophisticated semiconductor processing equipment following defined recipes to execute test runs, gather experimental data, and measure performance metrics.
- Work closely with Process and Equipment Engineers to prepare for Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE) tests, collect data, and submit samples.
- Process test results, record and chart data, and present findings to engineering teams to support process improvement and yield optimization opportunities.
- Provide hands-on assistance with technical troubleshooting, system setup, and tool performance improvements.
Safety & Quality
- Strictly follow all cleanroom safety protocols and quality standards for every production and test activity.
- Maintain meticulous logs, records, and documentation of all work performed.
Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field such as semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom operations, equipment assembly, or complex industrial machinery assembly/repair.
- Proven hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, testing, and/or troubleshooting.
- Strong ability to read and follow detailed technical procedures and blueprints.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a firm commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Comfortable working full-time in a cleanroom environment wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Technical certificate, vocational training, or an Associate’s Degree is a significant plus.
