Kelly is hiring Manufacturing Workers for multiple production and warehouse roles in Fremont, CA. Your work will help transform advanced technology products into mission-critical solutions for global customers.

These are temp-to-hire opportunities with strong growth potential.

Pay

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on role and experience)

Shifts Available

1st Shift

• Operators: 6:45am – 3:15pm
• Material Handlers: 7:00am – 3:00pm

2nd Shift

• Operators: 3:30pm – 12:00am
• Material Handlers: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Open Roles

Manufacturing Operator I

• Assemble small parts and complex components
• Use hand tools and power screwdrivers
• Install brackets, labels, and cables per rack specifications
• Operate automatic/semi-automatic machinery
• Package and move finished servers and racks

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of small parts assembly experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read and follow work instructions

Shipping & Receiving Clerk I

• Unpack and verify goods against purchase orders
• Perform labeling, printing, and inventory tasks
• Use computers and Excel for data entry
• Prepare kitting packages and complete put-away
• Forklift operation (training available)

Requirements:
• Shipping/receiving experience
• Inventory and labeling experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs

Manufacturing Material Handler I

• Load/offload pallets and stage materials
• Use pallet jacks and move materials throughout warehouse
• Package/unpack materials and inspect for defects
• Maintain records of damaged materials
• Collect and sort recycling from production areas

Requirements:
• Basic material handling experience
• Experience using pallet jack
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for long periods
