Summary/Objective:
The Market Leader / Regional Director is responsible for leading and expanding a defined regional market with full ownership of revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role combines entrepreneurial leadership, strategic business development, and operational oversight to drive growth and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across all projects and services. Acting as both a growth driver and a culture ambassador, the Market Leader builds trusted relationships, fosters collaboration across the organization, and champions Compu Dynamics' values in every interaction.
Essential Functions:

1. Lead and grow a market with full P&L ownership
- Develop and execute a regional growth plan aligned with company goals.
- Identify new opportunities and lead pursuit efforts with Account Managers.
- Manage financial performance, including revenue forecasting and margin control.
- Monitor key metrics and ensure operational readiness for scale.
2. Build strong customer, partner, and subcontractor relationships
- Serve as the regional face of the company for key clients and partners.
- Maintain long-term relationships with data center owners, developers, and hyperscalers.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and ensure proactive issue resolution.
- Build trusted partnerships with critical subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Collaborate with account managers nationwide
- Coordinate pursuits and proposals to ensure seamless client experience.
- Promote cross-market collaboration and resource sharing for clients.
- Support consistent HubSpot usage and deal-stage discipline.
- Champion the "One Company, One Team" culture across markets.
4. Develop high-performing local teams
- Recruit, mentor, and develop local leadership and field staff.
- Implement consistent SOPs, safety standards, and communication practices.
- Partner with HR and Talent for staffing, training, and succession planning.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and accountability.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position will oversee regional leadership and project teams and is responsible for supporting their professional growth and performance.
Work Environment:
This role operates in both office and field environments and may involve occasional exposure to construction sites and associated conditions. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers will be used routinely.
Physical Demands:

Travel:
Travel is required within the defined market region and occasionally beyond for company meetings, client engagements, and strategic initiatives.
Position Type:
This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours may vary based on business needs and client schedules.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field ().
- 10+ years of experience in data center, mission-critical, or complex commercial construction.
- Proven success in business development, P&L management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of project delivery and operational processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Compu Dynamics Pay Range$150,000—$200,000 USD
