We’re looking for a dependable Marketing Coordinator to support marketing strategy and lead efforts within the industrial water market. This role focuses on driving digital marketing performance, supporting the industrial water sales team, and aligning regional marketing efforts with broader corporate initiatives.

· Industrial market awareness — Familiarity with technical or industrial sectors such as power , data centers, mining, or manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Do

· Analyze industrial water market trends and customer segments to help identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategy. Support data-driven decisions that strengthen positioning in targeted industrial sectors.

· Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives including website content, SEO strategy, and digital campaigns focused on industrial water services. Improve web visibility, engagement, and lead conversion across targeted markets.

· Collaborate closely with the Industrial Water sales team to develop marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns that support pipeline development. Ensure marketing efforts align with regional sales priorities and customer needs.

· Coordinate marketing initiatives between the industrial water team and corporate marketing to maintain consistent branding and strategic alignment. Help bridge local market needs with corporate marketing resources.

· Support geographic targeting strategies across key markets including U.S. regions and Canadian territories such as Alberta. Assist in tailoring marketing campaigns to regional industry concentrations and opportunities.

· Plan and assist with industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement opportunities supporting the industrial water sales team. Coordinate marketing materials, booth logistics, and promotional efforts tied to these events.

· Track campaign performance and digital metrics using marketing analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements. Provide regular insights that guide future marketing strategy and resource allocation.

What You’ll Need

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

· 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, technical, environmental, or infrastructure-related industries.

· Experience supporting digital marketing channels including web analytics, SEO strategy, and online campaign performance measurement.

· Ability to travel approximately 25–35 nights annually to support industry trade shows, sales initiatives, and customer engagement events.

· Ability to work in an office or event environment with extended computer use, periodic standing during trade shows or events, lifting or moving marketing materials up to 25 lbs, and occasional extended travel days including evenings or weekends when supporting events.
