The NTI Division Marketing & Event Manager is responsible for promoting NTI’s brand and presence at local, regional and events, while also managing the NTI website. This role is central to amplifying NTI’s visibility, attracting job seekers, driving lead , and ensuring a consistent, engaging brand experience across all channels. This position will be a hybrid role out of either the Downers Grove IL office or Manassas, VA office. Must be able to be in office on a hybrid schedule in one of those locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranding, Promotion and Event Management– Emphasis on attracting job candidates and sales priorities

  • Create and execute customer-focused events, building strong relationship bonds between NTI and their customers.
  • Collaborate with NTI’s recruiting division to support local, regional and recruitment efforts.
  • Plan, manage and execute NTI’s participation in 20+ and regional fiber and data center industry events annually.
  • Collaborate with business development and divisional leaders to align event strategy with sales priorities and customer needs.
  • Manage full event lifecycle for customer-focused, recruitment, and industry events including traveling to and managing NTI’s onsite presence (up to 15% US-based travel).
  • Manage NTI branded swag, giveaways, and promotional materials for events.
  • Develop data-driven analysis on event performance metrics and ROI.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and NTI leadership.

Website Management – Ownership of NTI website content and analytics

  • Collaborate with internal staff and external consultants to manage and update the NTI website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing campaigns and event activities.
  • Analyze analytics to drive improvements in lead conversion and engagement.

Brand Management – Apply consistent brand guidelines across multi-channel marketing.

  • Ensure consistent application of NTI’s brand guidelines across all events, digital platforms, and marketing materials and update where appropriate
  • Create and execute integrated campaigns (email, social, digital, print) for lead , recruitment and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and respond to brand sentiment across channels.
  • Work with design and content teams to produce branded collateral for events and digital channels.
  • Monitor and enhance NTI’s reputation through multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sociology, psychology, or related field .
  • 2–5 years of event management experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management experience and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with risk management and budgeting.
  • Skilled in social media strategy, content, and management
  • Familiarity with the data center industry is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
