About BlackBox Hosting
BlackBox Hosting is a UK-based managed private cloud provider delivering high-performance infrastructure and white-label hosting to software vendors, service providers, and enterprises. We operate from Tier 3+ data centres and, through our partners, support over one million end users.
The Role
You’ll be the bridge between marketing activity and sales outcomes. This is a hands-on role: you’ll run daily social updates, coordinate with our SEO and advertising partners, and support the sales team with lead , LinkedIn outreach, and CRM management.
We’re a small, agile company, so you’ll need to be flexible and happy to wear multiple hats, jumping in on tasks outside your core remit when needed. Your work will ensure every initiative feeds directly into new opportunities and our overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content and engagement across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook ect.
- Coordinate with external SEO and suppliers: review reports, validate performance, and provide feedback.
- Support sales with research, prospecting, pre-sales lead management, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Create and repurpose marketing assets (posts, case studies, short videos).
- Maintain the CRM and sales pipeline; prepare concise campaign/activity reports.
- Keep marketing and sales collateral up to date; create sales materials that support the sales process.
- Engage in social selling to identify and connect with target accounts.
- Draft Statements of Work (SoWs) for new business.
- Help streamline the sales process by documenting light-touch processes and policies.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a high-performing, flexible, and adaptive marketer who thrives in a fast-changing environment quick to learn new technologies, proactive, and strong at problem-solving.
- A professional who understands how marketing drives the sales process (background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Confident using LinkedIn and social platforms in a professional, B2B context.
- Genuine interest in technology, marketing, and B2B sales.
- Well-organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or CRM systems is an advantage.
What We Offer
- Training and personal development budget.
- Private healthcare.
- Exposure to real-world marketing and sales operations in the tech sector.
- The chance to make a visible impact in a growing business.
- A supportive, friendly environment with room to progress.
