M&E Project Director

Job Description

Solution Search are currently assisting a Tier 1 M&E contractor based in central London.

They are in search of an MEP Project Director to deliver high value Data Centre in High Wycombe.

You will lead the overall operational delivery of a high value Data Centre.

Ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction are delivered through effective leadership, high performing

teams and exceptional internal and external stakeholder management.

Experience managing large projects and teams from pre construction through to PC is non negotiable.

Must have DC experience.

Responsibilities

• Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
• Deliver project within budget and on time.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or relevant MEP experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in product management

Salary circa £150k+package - all dependent on experience.
