\n\nYou'll have full autonomy over a diverse range of projects, including:\n\nData Centres - Upgrades to multiple facilities in Europe\nCommercial Offices - Refurbishment of the International Bank's HQ building.\nHeritage and Conservation - Major refurbishment of a hotel set in a wildlife park environment. Upgrades to places of worship and frameworks with major London Museums.\nSuper-prime residential developments across London use battery storage, hydrogen, and SMART building technology.\nHotels - New build, luxury 250-room hotel in London \n\nThis MEP and Sustainability Consultancy never takes on more work than it can deliver. They also never enter a "fastest to the bottom" bidding war against other consultants for project work.\n\nTheir work comes to them by direct appointment because of the quality and level of detail they produce on every project.
They achieve profit and not loss on every single project they undertake and reinvest in salaries, employee benefits, and an annual bonus.\n\nAs a Mechanical Associate, you will be involved in projects across RIBA Stages 0 - 7 (not just RIBA Stages 2 to 4) and will be involved in everything from feasibility studies, surveys, planning, performance specifications, concept, and detailed design, as well as monitoring and supervising the installation during the construction stage.\n\nRequirements\n\n6+ years of experience as an HVAC design engineer\nFamiliarity with IESVe, Bentley Open Buildings Designer, or H2X.\nGood communicator, able to lead meetings \nRight to work in the UK
