Mechanical/Hydronic Application Specialist

Greater San Francisco Bay Area | $105K–$145K Base + Bonus + ESOP

We're working with a well respected/established hydronic / HVAC solutions company in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

This role is a strong fit for someone with a background in mechanical engineering, HVAC design, hydronic systems, piping, pumps, applied equipment, or design-build mechanical systems.

This person will stay highly technical and be involved in design support, system layout conversations, application review, equipment selection, and early-stage project development with engineers, owners, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support hydronic, piping, pump, and HVAC equipment applications
• Assist with design concepts, system layouts, and application guidance
• Work with engineers, owners, and contractors during early project/design conversations
• Help evaluate system approach, application fit, and equipment selection
• Support projects across data centers, semiconductor, healthcare, education, and other complex facilities

Ideal Background:

• Mechanical engineering, HVAC design, hydronic systems, piping, or applied equipment experience
• Consulting engineering, design-build, manufacturer rep, or mechanical contractor background
• Ability to communicate technically with engineers, contractors, and owners
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and how they are applied in complex facilities

Compensation is roughly $105K–$145K base + bonus + ESOP.
