Falcon Green is partnering with one of Europe’s top M&E contractors, known for delivering large-scale projects across Data Centres, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. They’re looking for an ambitious Mechanical Engineer to join the next phase of a major Data Centre project in Munich, Germany.\n\nIf you’re looking to take your career to the next level, this is a great chance to work on a high-profile, technically challenging project while gaining international experience. You’ll be joining a supportive, close-knit site team and there are clear opportunities to move into senior engineering or project management roles over time.\n\nEmployment will follow the host country’s local labour laws.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\n * \n\n Running day-to-day mechanical site activities and keeping things on track.\n\n * \n\n Coordinating the mechanical programme with other trades, package leads, engineers, and client teams.\n\n * \n\n Keeping an eye on costs across the mechanical package.\n\n * \n\n Attending key meetings – site, engineering, planning, coordination, and handover.\n\n * \n\n Maintaining up-to-date project records and weekly logs.\n\n * \n\n Working closely with subcontractors to make sure safety, quality, and programme targets are met.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * \n\n At least 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering.\n\n * \n\n A recognised mechanical or building services engineering degree.\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team.\n\n * \n\n Flexibility to travel as needed for the project.\n\n * \n\n Excellent English communication skills.\n\n * \n\n Eligibility to work across European countries.\n\nWith multiple big projects recently awarded across mainland Europe, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with a contractor that really invests in its people.
