We’re looking for motivated, hands-on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering students to join us for an exciting, immersive Summer Program at our Etters, PA location. This is a great opportunity to gain real engineering experience inside a fast-paced and growth-oriented organization.
Responsibilities
As an Engineering , you will work side-by-side with experienced Engineers to support real product development activities. Your responsibilities may include:
- Design & Development: Assist Engineers in creating innovative mechanical design solutions that meet customer and application requirements.
- Product Documentation: Generate, update, and maintain engineering documentation to ensure product specifications and customer needs are met.
- Design Reviews: Participate in and help organize design review sessions to evaluate performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
- Technical Support: Provide hands-on support to Engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams during various stages of product development.
- Problem Solving: Apply analytical and creative thinking to help troubleshoot product or process issues.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to verify product reliability, performance, and design intent.
- Project Ownership: Manage small engineering projects or tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.

- Comfort working in an environment that values accountability and precision.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
- Must be at least a second-year college student.
- Must have completed at least one year of coursework in a STEM major, preferably:
- Mechanical Engineering, or
- Electrical Engineering
- Prior exposure to CAD tools, engineering labs, or hands-on technical projects is a plus (not required).
