Mechanical PM (Data Centre Exp Essential)

DT SOURCE are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager (Data Centre experience) for a General Contractor in Milton Keynes.

Start: 1–4 weeks
Duration: 12 months (covering 2–3 phases)
Must drive
CIS only – competitive day rate (£400–£450/day)

Role covers managing mechanical packages – HVAC, cooling systems, CRAC/CRAH units, pipework, ductwork, chillers, pumps, and associated building services.

Ideal profile:

Strong Data Centre / mission-critical project experience

*

Background with a GC / Tier 1 subcontractor

*

Good knowledge of HVAC, chilled water systems, BMS, fire suppression, commissioning

*

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, HNC/HND Mech Eng (desirable)
