Mechanical Project Manager - Major ProjectsData Centres, Life Sciences & EducationBased in NorwichAn established and highly respected building services contractor is launching a new regional division focused on delivering projects across Norwich and the surrounding areas and is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to play a key role in its growth and success.The new division will focus on technically challenging projects within the Data Centre, Life Sciences, and Education sectors, offering the opportunity to become part of an exciting growth strategy from the outset.The business has grown steadily to a turnover of approximately £50m, with clear plans to exceed £75m+ over the coming years. More than 80% of work is secured through repeat business, reflecting strong client relationships and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
