Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, with experience in commercial and industrial sectors, including data centers and healthcare facilities. The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage mechanical projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial construction, particularly in data centers and healthcare facilities.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
