Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the electrical aspect of M&E projects from tender through to completion and handover.
  • Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Work closely with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, providing progress updates and managing risk.
  • Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to drive project success.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and success of the wider project team.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • A solid background in electrical engineering with experience leading M&E projects valued between £5M–£10M.
  • Proven track record of managing projects through all phases—from pre-construction to handover.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
