- Lead coordination with:
- Electrical (containment, controls, fire alarm interfaces)
- Piping / process services
- Ceilings, walls and architectural trades
- Proactively manage clashes, access constraints and sequencing
- Review and close out RFIs, snags, NCRs and quality observations
- Track progress against programme and implement recovery actions where required
- Ensure RAMS, permits, ITPs and inspections are in place and adhered to
- Support commissioning, O&M manuals and as-built documentation
♂️ Experience Required
- Proven experience managing HVAC ductwork packages on complex projects (data centres, pharma, industrial, healthcare or commercial)
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Supply, extract and process duct systems
- Dampers, fire stopping and penetrations
- Coordination in congested services environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive subcontractor performance
- Comfortable in fast-track, multi-trade construction environments
- Strong site presence with a hands-on approach
- Able to read and interpret drawings and BIM models
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Qualifications ()
- Trade background or HVAC / Building Services engineering qualification
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS (relevant level)
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who takes full ownership of their package
- Confident challenging subcontractors and holding them to plan
- Strong focus on quality, safety and delivery
- Proactive, organised and solutions-driven
