Mechanical Site Manager\n\nLocation: Leicester\n\nSalary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Package\n\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nAbout the Company\n\nAn award-winning M&E contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join its growing project delivery team. With a strong pipeline of secured work, this role offers the opportunity to work on major projects across commercial, healthcare, residential, life sciences, and data centre sectors.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical installation packages on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and coordinate day-to-day mechanical site activities\nSupervise subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist installers\nEnsure mechanical works are delivered in line with programme requirements\nMaintain high standards of health & safety compliance across all site activities\nCoordinate with project management, design teams, and other trades\nCarry out quality inspections and manage snagging processes\nAttend site meetings and provide progress updates\nSupport commissioning activities and project handovers \n\nRequirements\n\nPrevious experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within the M&E / Building Services sectorS\nExperience delivering projects within commercial, healthcare, residential, or large-scale developments\nStrong leadership and organisational skills\nRelevant industry qualifications or certifications \n\nPackage\n\n£65,000 - £70,000 basic salary depending on experience\nPension contribution\nPrivate healthcare\nCareer development and progression opportunities \n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established, award-winning contractor with a strong industry reputation and exciting growth plans.\n\nDiamond and the Danny Sullivan Group are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
