Mechanical Site Supervisor (HVAC) for an established Mechanical Contractor.\n\nLocation: Site-based (Projects across East Midlands & Birmingham – incl. Birmingham Airport, Commerical/Industrial, Education & Data Centres)\n\nSalary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Package + Company Van + Pension\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nMy client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join a well-established Mechanical HVAC building services contractor, delivering projects across the East / West Midlands. You’ll be overseeing mechanical installations on a mix of industrial and commercial schemes, including major infrastructure and data centre works.\n\nWorking Hours\n\n * \n\n Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm\n\n * \n\n Friday: 7:30am – 2:00pm\n\nPackage\n\n * \n\n £55,000 – £60,000 basic salary\n\n * \n\n Company van\n\n * \n\n Pension\n\n * \n\n Additional package (DoE)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Supervising mechanical installations on-site (pipework, plumbing, chilled systems)\n\n * \n\n Managing subcontractors and direct labour\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification\n\n * \n\n Coordinating with project managers and other trades on-site\n\n * \n\n Monitoring progress and maintaining site standards\n\nProjects\n\n * \n\n Birmingham Airport – pipework installation & refurbishment works\n\n * \n\n Data centre projects\n\n * \n\n Various industrial & commercial schemes across the East Midlands & Birmingham\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor\n\n * \n\n Background in industrial and/or commercial projects\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of pipefitting, plumbing, and chilled water systems\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage site teams and drive programme\n\nWhy Join?\n\nYou'll be part of an exciting new chapter for a growing business with the backing of a well-established group.
