Key Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations from project startup through completion.
- Supervise Foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate manpower, scheduling, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Work closely with Project Managers to maintain production goals and project schedules.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate field activities.
- Maintain quality control and ensure work complies with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project performance.
- Coordinate inspections, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and project teams.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance throughout the project.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience.
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or General Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Experience leading field teams on large commercial construction projects.
- Ability to manage manpower, scheduling, productivity, and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification .
- Stable work history with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
