Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all field operations from project startup through completion.
  • Supervise Foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate manpower, scheduling, equipment, and material deliveries.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to maintain production goals and project schedules.
  • Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate field activities.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure work complies with project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project performance.
  • Coordinate inspections, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and project teams.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance throughout the project.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience.
  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or General Superintendent.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience leading field teams on large commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to manage manpower, scheduling, productivity, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification .
  • Stable work history with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
