Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status through telehealth sessions.

  • Provide regular one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address issues related to anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, and more.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting patient progress and treatment effectiveness in compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and refer clients to psychiatric services or additional healthcare providers when necessary.

  • Gather feedback from clients to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and modify approaches as needed.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.

  • Strong theoretical knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

  • Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
