Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status through telehealth sessions.
- Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Provide regular one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address issues related to anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, and more.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at providing peer support and community engagement.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and refer clients to psychiatric services or additional healthcare providers when necessary.

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
- Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
