Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP BIM Specialist to support the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using BIM tools. This role is responsible for developing accurate 3D models, ensuring clash-free designs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Revit
• Produce detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documents
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams
• Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and client requirements
• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and field conditions
• Assist in quantity take-offs and model-based documentation
• Support project teams during design, coordination, and construction phases
• Maintain organized model data, families, and libraries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems
• Proficiency in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction workflows
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

• BIM certification (Autodesk or equivalent)
• Experience working on commercial, healthcare, or data center projects
• Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM 360, or similar tools
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards
