A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile Data Centre project in West London. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, mission-critical MEP works in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day on-site delivery of all MEP works
  • Coordinate subcontractors, design teams, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, technical standards, and client requirements
  • Monitor programme, budgets, and progress reporting
  • Support commissioning, handover, and quality assurance processes
  • Identify and proactively mitigate construction risks

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as an MEP Construction Manager on Data Centres, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation sequencing, and site logistics
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Experience working within a main contractor or tier-one subcontractor environment
