MEP Estimator - Mission Critical Projects\n\nLocation: Central London\n\nProjects: Data Centres & Mission Critical Infrastructure across Europe\n\nWe are working with a leading contractor in the mission critical sector, delivering high-value data centre and infrastructure projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Estimator to join their Central London team.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs an MEP Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing competitive and accurate cost estimates for complex mission critical projects. You will be involved from early-stage tendering through to bid submission, working both independently and as part of a wider commercial and technical team.\n\nThis role offers a high level of autonomy, requiring someone confident in sourcing and managing supplier and subcontractor pricing across multiple European markets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare detailed MEP cost estimates for mission critical and data centre projects\nReview tender documentation, specifications, and drawings\nIndependently obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations\nBuild and manage a strong network of vendors across Europe\nCollaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bid strategies\nIdentify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within tenders\nSupport bid submissions and client presentations where required \n\nCandidate Profile\n\nProven experience as an MEP Estimator within construction or mission critical projects\nBackground in either mechanical or electrical disciplines\nStrong commercial awareness and technical understanding of MEP systems\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of the estimating process\nExperience sourcing quotes and engaging with supply chains across Europe\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team \n\nAdditional Opportunity\n\nFollowing successful project awards, there is the opportunity for candidates to transition into a project delivery role, taking responsibility for running projects on-site, depending on experience and personal preference.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nExposure to major data centre and mission critical projects across Europe\nA dynamic and collaborative working environment\nClear progression opportunities into project delivery\nCompetitive salary and benefits package \n\nIf you are looking for a role that combines technical challenge, autonomy, and long-term career development within the mission critical sector, we would be interested in hearing from you
