Established general contractor is recruiting an MEP Manager for the mission-critical division. This is an opportunity to shape how MEP is run inside a business with a long delivery track record behind it.

About the role
\n
You'll own MEP delivery across the full project lifecycle
\n
- \n
- Value engineering and early design input
- MEP coordination across trades
- Procurement and submittal management
- Installation oversight and quality control
- Commissioning support through to turnover and closeout
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Project types include ground-up data centers, infrastructure upgrades, end-of-life replacements and technology fit-outs.
\n
\n
About you
\n
- \n
- MEP experience on data center or mission-critical projects
- Background from either a general contractor or specialty contractor - both work
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of MEP scope, from preconstruction through commissioning
- Comfortable holding trades to sequence and schedule under pressure

Compensation and progression
\n

- $140,000 – $190,000 base, depending on experience
- Truck or Truck allowance
- Incentive bonus (30%+)
- Path toward regional MEP leadership as the division scales
