MEP Night Manager – Data Centre (Main Contractor)\n \n £400-£500p/d\n \n West London\n \n Contract Role\n\nA leading main contractor is currently seeking an experienced MEP Night Manager to join a major data centre project in West London on a contract basis. This is a key night-shift role supporting the successful delivery of complex MEP works on a high-profile, technically demanding scheme.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and coordinate all MEP works during night shifts\nSupervise MEP subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality and compliance\nEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and site procedures\nMonitor progress against programme and report issues or delays to senior site management\nCoordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities as required\nMaintain accurate night reports, handover notes and records for the day team\nResolve site issues proactively to minimise disruption to ongoing worksRequirements\n\nProven experience as an MEP Manager or MEP Night Manager on large-scale projects\nPrevious experience working on data centre or similarly complex, critical environments is highly desirable\nStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services\nExcellent leadership, communication and organisational skills\nAbility to work independently and make sound decisions during night operations\nRelevant CSCS card (SMSTS )
