MEP Project Manager – Data Centre Construction\n\nLocation: Greater London\nSalary: £90,000 – £100,000 + Package\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a Main Contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Greater London. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health packages from design coordination through commissioning and handover.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage all MEP aspects of the project.\n\n * \n\n Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and client teams.\n\n * \n\n Monitor programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.\n\n * \n\n Review technical submissions and design information.\n\n * \n\n Lead MEP coordination and progress meetings.\n\n * \n\n Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Minimum 5 years' experience in an MEP Project Management role.\n\n * \n\n Experience working for a Main Contractor on large-scale construction projects.\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems.\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project delivery programmes.\n\n * \n\n Experience delivering projects through commissioning and handover.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPackage: Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare and additional benefits
