Job Title: Project Manager – Data Centre Projects\nLocation: UK (London & Regional Sites)\nSalary: Competitive + package\n\nThe Role\nWe’re working with a leading contractor delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of technically complex schemes from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for managing programme, cost, quality and safety, with a strong focus on MEP-led delivery, resilience and uptime across live and new-build environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n End-to-end project delivery on data centre and critical infrastructure projects\n\n * \n\n Managing MEP packages including power, cooling, BMS and life safety systems\n\n * \n\n Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders\n\n * \n\n Driving programme, cost control and risk management\n\n * \n\n Ensuring compliance with Tier III / IV requirements, commissioning and handover\n\n * \n\n Maintaining high standards of H&S, quality and technical compliance\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects\n\n * \n\n Strong MEP background (electrical or mechanical bias )\n\n * \n\n Experience working on projects typically £10m+ in value\n\n * \n\n Comfortable managing fast-paced, technically demanding programmes\n\n * \n\n Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on landmark, high-value data centre schemes\n\n * \n\n Strong pipeline of secured work and long-term career progression\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary, car allowance, bonus and benefits package
