MEP Project Manager / MEP Lead

Location: Multiple EU Locations (Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)

Salary: Competitive Base + International Package (Flights, Accom, Subsistence)

Salter Grange is currently working with a global leader in MEP construction. Known for delivering complex, large-scale projects for the world’s most recognisable tech and pharmaceutical brands, our client is seeking an MEP Lead / Project Manager to join their international division.

This is a role for a leader who excels in high-pressure environments and wants to be at the forefront of the digital infrastructure revolution.

MEP Lead Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP team through the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and design development to commissioning and final handover.
• Manage MEP-specific budgets to ensure the project remains profitable while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with BIM/VDC teams to ensure MEP services are fully coordinated and clash-free before site installation.
• Supervise and coordinate specialised MEP sub-contractors, ensuring all site activities align with the master schedule.
• Uphold a "Safety First" culture and ensure all electrical and mechanical installations meet stringent international standards and client specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for MEP matters with the client, consultants, and general contractors.
• Drive the testing and commissioning (Cx) strategy to ensure systems are operational and integrated seamlessly.

MEP Lead Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent trade background with significant senior experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years in MEP construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership/PM capacity on large-scale projects (€20M+ MEP value).
• Strong understanding of MV/LV power systems, HVAC, cooling towers, and fire protection systems.
• Must be willing to work on a rotational basis or relocate to various project hubs across Europe.
