MEP Superintendent - Data Centers

We are partnered with a Top 25 General Contractor delivering some of the largest and most advanced hyperscale data centers in the U.S. This firm has an established presence in Austin and is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to take a leadership role on ground-up mission-critical projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site MEP and fire protection subcontractor activities, driving quality and performance
• Ensure installations meet project drawings, specifications, codes, and strict safety standards
• Oversee sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination for MEP systems on fast-track builds
• Anticipate and resolve constructability challenges before they impact progress
• Support BIM coordination and ensure systems are commissioning-ready
• Partner closely with senior project leadership to maintain project milestones and budgets
• Promote a strong culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability on site

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field supervision experience with a strong focus on MEP systems
• Track record of success on mission-critical, data center, or other large technical projects
• Deep knowledge of mechanical/electrical trades and relevant building codes
• Skilled at interpreting construction drawings and supporting BIM in the field
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and drive results on high-pressure schedules
• Based in Austin or open to relocation/travel within Texas
