- Guide safe execution—especially around high‑voltage systems—through influence and collaboration.
- Be the Owner’s on‑site representative, partnering with the GC to uphold world‑class EHS standards.
Role snapshot
- Contract type: 12‑month, 1099
- Pay: $50–$52/hour (1099)
- Housing: $500/week allowance if you live 75+ miles away
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours/day; immediate start
- Location: Fairless Hills, PA
Your focus areas
- Hazard identification, risk assessment, and safe method statement reviews.
- Post‑incident root cause investigations and corrective action follow‑through.
- Electrical safety leadership: NFPA 70E, LOTO, and high‑voltage work coordination.
- Daily documentation and weekly timesheet submission using digital tools.
- Clear, concise communication with the Owner/Client and Project GC.
- Lead by example as a Safety Coach—not a Safety Cop.
Do you have the background?
- Mission‑critical/data center safety experience required.
- Bachelor’s in Health & Safety .
- 7+ years in data center environments; or 10 years in construction safety if no data center experience or no degree.
- High‑voltage exposure ; NFPA 70E familiarity.
- OSHA 500/510; BCSP CHST .
- Fluent in the local and proficient in English.
- Strong command of regional H&S regulations and management systems (ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001).
- Skilled in Workplace Safety & EHS Management and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
