Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide executive-level leadership and oversight across multiple mission critical and heavy civil infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead diverse teams with excellence. You’ll oversee the full project life cycle — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring success in safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of assigned mission critical and heavy civil construction projects

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

  • Provide executive oversight to project management, field supervision, and subcontractor coordination

  • Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and profitability

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, schedule, and quality expectations

  • Oversee contract administration, risk management, and scope changes

  • Support preconstruction efforts, including estimating, procurement, and constructability reviews

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Mentor project managers and field teams, supporting professional development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in heavy civil or mission critical construction, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or executive role

  • Proven success managing infrastructure or site development projects valued at $30M+

  • Strong understanding of project delivery methods, construction contracts, and regulations

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management tools

  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Credentials

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • PMP or DBIA certification

  • OSHA 30-Hour certification

  • Experience with mission critical/data center construction highly
