Job Description:

BRUNS-PAK is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mission Critical Project Manager specializing in the design of Data Centers and Mission Critical Facilities. The project manager must possess skills in consulting reports, full architectural/engineering construction drawings/specifications, and construction. Excellent client interface and communication skills required.

Tasks (Included but not limited to):

  • · Developing and issuing “notes of meeting”.
  • · Developing and issuing project schedules.
  • · On-site attendance with agendas of the client meetings.
  • · Attendance and support of project conference call/webex meetings.
  • · Review and follow-up of project action items.
  • · Excellent laptop communication skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, Visio, and Autocad (A Plus), and CSI format specifications.
  • · Travel to client sites anticipated 10-15% of calendar year.

Skill Requirements: The ideal candidate has five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in project management, consulting reports, full architectural/engineering construction drawings/specifications, and construction field reports of data center/mission critical projects. The architect and/or engineer will be supporting a BRUNS-PAK project manager and interfacing with the multitude of technical and administrative personnel of BRUNS-PAK. Practical experience in a consulting/design/engineering and/or construction firm of mission critical facilities strongly suggested.

Work Schedule:

  • Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 8-5pm. Flextime Available.
  • Project related travel is required for this role. .
