Scope of Position:
Working under the direction of the President, is responsible for developing and harvesting the Mission Critical / Data Center market for Mestex.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs day-to-day sales management of Mission Critical customers and representatives.
- Locates, hires, and trains Mission Critical customers and representatives.
- Gives customer presentations.
- Justifies financials for Mission Critical applications.
- Responds to RFQs from Mission Critical customers.
- Coordinates Engineering and Application Engineering personnel in identifying and resolving technical issues in Mission Critical applications.
- Remains current on trends and technologies applicable to the Mission Critical market.
- Establishes goals and programs for Mission Critical customers and representatives.
- Conforms to all Quality and Environmental Management System policies, objectives and obligations.
- Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Associates degree or relevant on-the-job experience.
- Five or more years of Sales experience in the Mission Critical market.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Strong understanding of all departments, functions, and responsibilities within a Mission Critical organization.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Ability to use computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
