Mobile Electrician

Unify have partnered with a top facilities management company who are looking for a mobile electrician, covering Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Essex on high-profile data centre projects

What you’ll be doing

*

Delivering electrical installation projects to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

*

Taking ownership of projects — from interpreting drawings and specifications to completing installations and commissioning.

*

Installing and modifying electrical systems, including 1st and 2nd fix, containment, power, and lighting.

*

Carrying out testing and inspection, and completing certification with confidence and accuracy.

*

Supervising and guiding other operatives when required, helping to maintain a safe and productive working environment.

*

Supporting project managers with progress updates and providing input for estimates and quotations.

*

Handling materials efficiently, ensuring any order changes are communicated with admin teams.

*

Working with a range of containment systems including tray, ladder, and conduit installations.

✅ What we’re looking for

A proven track record in electrical installation work post-apprenticeship.

*

Strong practical and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and without direct supervision.

*

Experience setting out jobs from drawings and specifications.

*

A commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

*

Someone who takes responsibility, is reliable, and communicates effectively on site.
