Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

AWC Staff Services are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to work at Clifford Chance, 2 Aldermansbury Square, London.

You must have either Level 2 or 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR 18th Edition (for electrically biased engineers and City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent trade certification and CSCS/ECS card.

Responsibilities:

* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical engineering role within a commercial building, critical environment, data centre, or high end corporate site

* Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background (multi skilled )

* Confident carrying out PPM and reactive tasks on critical systems under time pressure

* Experience working on shift in 24/7 environments

* HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems) experience essential

* Electrical distribution, lighting, and power experience essential

* Pumps, motors, BMS controls, basic fault finding experience essential

* Plumbing and general M&E plant experience essential

* £23.04 per hour days & £25.37 per hour nights. PAYE rates.

* Mainly working 4 on 4 off continental shift patterns of days and nights (12hr days). Shift times are 6:30-18:30 & 18:30-6:30.
