Job Overview

LayerZero Power Systems is seeking a Creative Technologist - a rare hybrid role for a professional who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling. You will take ownership of how LayerZero communicates complex technical innovations through video, design, web, and digital experiences. Your work will be seen across the mission-critical infrastructure industry, shaping the perception of a company trusted by Fortune 500 data centers, semiconductor manufacturers, and financial institutions worldwide.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Video & Visual Storytelling

• Produce cinematic-quality videos for product launches, customer stories, and industry events.? Manage professional video, lighting, and production equipment.
• Photography & Asset Creation

Photography & Asset Creation

? Capture and edit photography for marketing, product, and corporate communications.

? Maintain a well-organized, accessible digital asset library.

Brand Design & Creative Execution

? Design brochures, signage, presentations, and digital graphics aligned with the LayerZero® brand .

? Ensure brand consistency and quality across all customer-facing material.

Digital & Web Development

? Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

? Ensure digital content is functional, optimized, and visually consistent.

Marketing Innovation & Social Media

? Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging digital content.

? Create graphics, videos, and posts that grow our presence on LinkedIn, X, and other professional platforms.

? Contribute to SEO/SEM strategy with a data-driven, creative approach.

Required Qualifications:

? Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in creative production, video, design, and/or web development.

? Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your creative work across different mediums.

? Technical Proficiency:

? Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Dreamweaver).

? HTML, CSS, database, and ability to work with PHP and JavaScript.

? Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.

? Core Skills:

? Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging media.

? Sharp eye for design, brand alignment, and detail.

? Strong project management and time-management discipline.

? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

? Proven record of delivering polished creative work on schedule.

Skills

? Prior experience rendering 3D models (Keyshot).

? Prior experience working with databases and dynamically-generated content.

Physical Requirements

? Ability to sit or stand at a desk.

? Operate photography/video equipment and other office technology.

? Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with others.

Education:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related: Visual Communication Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Web Design, Animation, Industrial Design, Photography, Film/TV Production, Software or Computer Science (with multimedia focus), or Electrical Engineering (with digital media focus).
• US Citizenship or Permanent Alien status
