As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the charge in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across the Corporate and Public Sectors. Working alongside world-class engineers and solution architects, you’ll craft customized IT strategies that align with your clients’ unique goals—delivering value through solutions in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Modern Workspace, Data Center, and Network Infrastructure.
You'll be both a strategist and a relationship builder, navigating complex business needs to drive growth, expand partnerships, and create long-term customer success.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans that align with customer needs and business goals.
· Build strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers to drive trust and increase market penetration.
· Collaborate with internal teams—including Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers—to deliver tailored IT solutions.
· Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutual value and long-term success.
· Stay ahead of IT trends to recommend forward-thinking solutions that improve client performance and profitability.
· Deliver consistent revenue and margin growth by mastering and articulating Paragon Micro’s value proposition.
· Lead comprehensive sales processes including RFP responses, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
· Maintain and expand client relationships through ongoing support, solution recommendations, and performance optimization.
· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product or service opportunities.
· Prepare and present sales reports and pipeline forecasts to leadership.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of successful technology sales experience in a B2B or field-based environment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue and margin targets.
- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling, especially in IT infrastructure and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep knowledge of industry-leading technologies, market trends, and IT buying behavior.
