Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure in an onsite environment in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with networking technologies, troubleshooting, and day-to-day network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks
• Manage network security including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
• Perform network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures
• Collaborate with systems, security, and application teams
• Provide on-site support and respond to incidents as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer
• Network administration (LAN, WAN, network segments)
• Telephony administration (VoIP, IVR, call centers, fax servers)
• Routing and switching protocols
• TCP/IP

Skills

• Experience in enterprise or data center environments
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network+)
• Experience with VoIP and wireless networks
