Network Architect

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTitle: Senior Data Center Network Engineer Location:Springfiedl, Illinois (Onsite/Hybrid) Engagement: Contract Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week initially (first month); then 2–3 days per month Rate: $ 90-100/hr**Key Responsibilities **1. Design, implement, and support large-scale data center network fabrics2. Work with Cisco NDFC, VXLAN, VRF, and advanced BGP architectures3. Provide expertise in data center network segmentation and scalability4. Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on network and security integration5. Support and optimize enterprise-grade network environments**Required Skills & Experience **1. Strong expertise in data center networking and fabric design2. Hands-on experience with Cisco NDFC, VXLAN, VRF, and advanced BGP3. Experience designing and supporting large-scale network environments4. Ability to work onsite as required during initial engagement / Nice-to-Have5. Experience with security technologies such as Palo Alto and Zscaler6.
