Network Architect - SC cleared \n\n+6 months +\n\n+Fully remote working \n\n+SC cleared role \n\n+Sole British only - due to nature of the project\n\n+Inside IR35\n\n+£75 - £80 ph \n\nSkills:\n\n+Aruba\n\n+HLD / LLD\n\n+SC clearance - current active clearance\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nArchitect network solutions and technically lead their implementation\nWorking closely with the wider architecture team to develop solutions\nTechnically lead network projects, ensuring that the customer's requirements are met\nProvide assistance and support on architectural/technical issues to other team members as required, whilst sharing technical knowledge and experiences\nCreate Blueprint, High and Low Level Design documentation for network solutions and guide these through internal and customer approval processes\nCreate hardware Bill of Materials to meet solution requirements\nGain and maintain a working knowledge of the Portfolio of network Products and Services, promoting this with the customer and encouraging best fit solutions\nContinually review and enhance existing knowledge of the network aspects of common product sets and technologies\nProvide 'soft' consultancy skills and a proactive approach to gain the absolute trust of our customers\nParticipate in providing mentoring support and guidance to team members to help grow skills and capabilities \n\nBasic Qualifications & Requirements\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience\nNetwork specific certification from Cisco, Aruba, Juniper or similar at minimum CCNP level or equivalent\nNG Firewall experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, preferably certified at CCSE or equivalent level\nExperience in one of more of the following would be highly advantageous, Aruba Fabric Composer, VXLAN, NSX-T, AWS, MS Azure\nNine or more years of experience in networks, including LAN, WAN, Remote Access and Data Centre environments\nNine or more years of experience with mainstream Firewall platforms\nExperience as Architecture/Design authority for large scale client projects\nExperience of delivering the highest quality technical, architectural and project related documentation\nGood Public/Private and Hybrid Cloud knowledgeIf you'd like to discuss this Network Architect role in more detail, please send your updated CV to (url removed) and I will get in touch
