Overview:

A major healthcare provider group is seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead design and transformation initiatives across its multi-hospital network. The role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and high-availability network designs supporting both clinical and corporate operations, with a strong emphasis on modernization and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document enterprise network architecture for LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud connectivity.
• Design redundant and segmented architectures to isolate critical clinical systems and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee implementation of Cisco SDA, ACI, and firewall segmentation strategies.
• Partner with IT Security, Cloud, and Clinical Engineering to align with compliance and business needs.
• Assess legacy environments and define a roadmap for modernization and automation.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network design and architecture.
• Expertise with Cisco DNA Center, SDA, ACI, and Cisco Catalyst switching.
• Solid understanding of network security integration (Palo Alto, Firepower, ISE).
• Familiarity with HIPAA / HITRUST compliance requirements.
• Certifications: CCIE Enterprise or Security, CCNP Enterprise, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
