Automation Engineer – Data Centre / Network Automation £75,000 – £80,000\n London (Hybrid)\n \n Are you an Automation Engineer with strong networking knowledge who loves building scalable, reliable automation in a data centre environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist engineering team supporting a leading global hedge fund , working on cutting-edge network automation and data centre infrastructure. \n \n You’ll join a small, high-impact Data Centre team focused on automating key infrastructure operations and improving the efficiency of the network environment.

Acting as the bridge between the cabling engineers and network automation team , you’ll have end-to-end visibility across the environment and help design smarter ways to manage and scale their data centre. \n \n Automating patching schedules, IP allocations, and configuration jobs \n Supporting automation for Arista-based infrastructure \n Collaborating with DC and Network teams to streamline deployments \n Designing scripts and tools to remove manual tasks and improve reliability \n \n Tech Stack / Experience Needed \n✅ Python, Ansible \n ✨ Arista, NetBox, DC Layer 1 experience, Temporal, Go (bonus)\n Networking background highly desirable \n No finance experience required \n Hybrid working model \n Exposure to a global, high-performance infrastructure environment \n \n You’ll be joining a specialist technology consultancy that partners with some of the most advanced enterprise and financial clients globally.
