(Plano, TX): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Lab Support / Networking Engineer.

Essential Duties:
• Provide hardware, lab, and data center support for application and networking environments.
• Install and instantiate applications, virtual network functions (VNF), and platform systems.
• Maintain lab application configurations, including creation and review of software upgrade plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve lab issues, collaborating with test and development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Plan, implement, and maintain lab network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and IP subnet assignments.
• Deliver and support fully integrated lab networks with up-to-date network design documentation.
• Perform monthly lab cybersecurity audits to identify and resolve vulnerabilities, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Apply security patches and updates for Windows, Linux, and cloud systems in alignment with organizational requirements.
• Maintain accurate lab equipment inventory and ensure corporate fixed asset records are updated as changes occur.
• Communicate equipment updates and inventory changes to Lab Manager promptly.

Requirements/Skills:
• Strong experience with hardware, lab operations, and IP networking.
• Hands-on knowledge of data center environments.
• Proficiency in application lab support engineering.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications, VNFs, and platforms.
• Knowledge of network planning, design, and implementation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain routers, switches, and integrated lab networks.
• Experience in lab cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and system patching (Windows/Linux/Cloud).
• Strong documentation skills for network design, asset inventory, and security compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for equipment setup and relocation.
• Must be able to work in lab and data center environments, including extended periods of standing and handling hardware.
