Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTitle: Network EngineerLocation: Fort Meade, MD Clearance: TS/SCI w/CI polygraph Responsibilities:Plan, research, design, and model robust cloud- web applicationsAcquire a complete understanding of a customer's technology and appropriate usage of cloud and container technology like AWS and KubernetesResponsible for designing, creating, testing, and maintaining web front-end applications hosted in Cloud Service ProvidersInteract with the customer and team to gather and define requirements and prototype web applications using wireframing as well as system design toolsAnalyze requirements to determine the most effective web technologies to satisfy their needsCoordinate the creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent web application designFollow a formal Agile-based design processDesign and develop visually pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigationDeliver comprehensive web application solutions to satisfy customer requirements and maintain configuration managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 7 years of related work experience; an additional 4 years of work experience may be substituted instead of a degreeRelevant certifications, such as CCIE, CCNP, or JNCIEKnowledge in a variety of networking technologies and protocols including LAN, WAN, wireless, data center networking, and network securityStrong understanding of federal government security requirements, including FISMA and NIST guidelinesExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsCurrent active TS/SCI w/ CI polygraph required Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
