The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering skills with expertise in software-defined networking, including SD-LAN and SD-WAN technologies, Cisco routing and switching platforms, while maintaining the highest standards of security and operational excellence in a classified environment.ResponsibilitiesProject Engineering & Requirements ManagementCollaborate with project teams to gather network requirements and develop technical solutions for mission-critical infrastructureAuthor detailed engineering design documents, implementation plans, and technical specifications for network projectsLead technical reviews and provide recommendations to CACI and government stakeholdersCoordinate with cross-functional teams including security, systems, and program management throughout project lifecycleNetwork Infrastructure Design & ImplementationDesign and deploy Cisco-based routing and switching solutions for LAN, WAN, and data center environmentsImplement software-defined networking solutions including Cisco ACI fabric and SD-LAN/SD-WAN technologiesPlan and execute network capacity upgrades and technology refresh projectsProvide tier 2/3 escalation support for network-related incidents affecting mission operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent work experienceActive Secret security clearance requiredMinimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologiesStrong knowledge of Cisco IOS/IOS-XE/Nexus configuration and troubleshootingKnowledge of DoD networking standards and STIG compliance preferredPreferred QualificationsStrong engineering background with experience writing technical design documents and implementation plansExperience working with project teams in structured engineering environmentsCCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, or equivalent Cisco certification preferredSoftware-defined networking experience (SD-LAN, SD-WAN)Cisco ACI experience________________________________________________________________________________________What You Can ExpectA culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
