We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of experience in office administration and/or human resources, strong organizational skills, and a professional attitude. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking in a dynamic environment and is looking to grow within a supportive team.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time hours (20 - 30 hours per week) to start, with the potential to move full-time based on the company’s needs and your performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining office records
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Meeting Coordination: Help schedule meetings, set up conference rooms, and manage calendars
  • Mail & Supplies: Sort incoming and outgoing mail; assist with ordering and restocking office supplies
  • Travel Coordination: Assist in arranging travel logistics for team members, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Event Planning: Support internal event planning as needed, such as team meetings, celebrations, or training sessions
  • Facilities Coordination: Assist with general facilities tasks such as organizing office space, coordinating maintenance requests, and liaising with building management
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including onboarding paperwork, scheduling interviews, tracking employee records, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • General Support: Provide support to other departments as needed on various administrative and HR-related projects

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, human resources, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with HRIS or payroll systems (Deel)
