Salary: $129,570 - $208,670/annually
Pharmacist Opportunity:
- Oncology Pharmacist will facilitate the delivery of safe, effective, and pharmaceconomically rational medications to hematology/oncology patients.
- They will provide education, develop and implement guidelines, policies, and medication regimens, provide appropriate interventions, and be involved in professional development and performance improvement initiatives
- They will be responsible for supervising and directing support personnel in addition to the safe and proper distribution and use of medications in hematology/oncology patients.
- Oncology Pharmacist will sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing nonformulary procurements, utilizing therapeutic interchanges, and promoting rational drug therapy selection
Pharmacist Qualifications:
- Current Pharmacist’s license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy.
- Basic Life Support certification with expectation of Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within first year of hire
- Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) .
