Operations Analyst (2nd shift)

ComResource is looking for an Operations Analyst (2nd shift).

We need someone to assist in monitoring infrastructure systems, managing incidents, and supporting change-management processes across data center environments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor events, batch schedules, and infrastructure alerts across mainframe and distributed systems
• Perform initial response to failures and escalate issues appropriately
• Create incident and change documentation and update stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams, system administrators, vendors, and user groups
• Support implementation and operations of core infrastructure services (storage, network, database, hardware, enterprise systems)
• Maintain knowledge base documentation and operational guidelines
• Test customer-facing products to ensure required functionality
• Provide detailed turnover updates to the next shift

Essentials:

• Some college or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of IT experience
• Willingness to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
